Mayu's shop is based in the Philippines. Shipping is available worldwide and this site is for international orders only. All orders made are final, cancellation and refunds are not allowed. Please allow some time for shipping or production delays especially for preorder items. Orders are shipped every two weeks to process items more efficiently. Shipping fees are calculated based on item weight and country destination, tracking numbers are provided for the packages as well.

Tracking numbers are sent once they reflect on the system which may take up to a week after the package has been received by the courier.
